SmartDV Technologies India Private Limited was founded in 2007 by experienced ASIC design professionals Deepak Kumar Tala, Durga Lakshmi Tala, and Kavitha Tala Haridoss. The company was incorporated in India in 2010 and has since expanded operations to North America (2018) and China (2022), with sales and customer support operations in key regions around the globe.
